		<description>Thanks, Bill! It's been a good first year so far. I've learned a lot, enjoyed myself, and now am working on a new look and a couple of new features. I want to add more personal posts, but without detracting from the more serious content - and without putting myself in the position of having to post every day. I'd rather post occasionally and make it worth reading than post every day for the sake of it...

It's challenges like this that make running your own site that bit more enjoyable!</description>
