When Peabody asked me if I would like to post a weekly entry at this blog, I was both honored and touched. Peabody, if you already do not know, is known to be one of the legendary Internet authorities of our times. So you can imagine, how excited I was to be given the opportunity to post at this blog.
On a more serious note, I would like to tell you my role at this blog. I am the sponsor of the Search Engine Roundtable, a Weblog that has forum representatives (normally moderators) post the days highlights of their SEM/SEO forum. The purpose behind the Search Engine Roundtable is to provide a single location for people to come and quickly and efficiently find the best threads on the Internet on SEM/SEO. I am extremely happy with its success and hope to sign on a few more forums within a months time.
My role at this blog is to summarize in a weekly or bi-weekly post, what went on at the Search Engine Roundtable Weblog. Since SEM/SEO is just one topic in this blog, many of the SEM/SEO forum coverage and news will come from my posts.
Again, I am honored to be part of this Cre8asite Network and I will do my best to provide the best SEM/SEO forum coverage on the Internet for you all.

The Search Engine Roundtable is an excellent resource, and the chance it provides to let people know what is being discussed at forums around the web is great.
It’s wonderful that you’ll be sharing a little more about those discussions with us over here.

Welcome aboard, Barry. It’s good to see the Barry ratio increasing here. Actually G I wouldn’t want to worry you overmuch, but it may be that Barry’s in general are organized. I’m a Virgo Squared (both the Sun and the Moon were in the sign of Virgo when I was born). Virgo-ans are known to be well organized so think of what the double dose does for me!
