From the moderators to our generous Cre8tive Web Design Community, we wish you all

It was an idea. Use only banana emoticons to express our feelings. Still peeling away.
Oh come on. We can have fun once in awhile, no?

The party has begun around the world and we just wanted to join to say “Happy New Year 2008″! to all our friends.
Cre8asiteforums has a party going on for members only (free to join). We’re excited because we have many plans for next year, with more ways to include and support the Cre8tive Community.
As always, we thank you for your support and friendship.

Granted, the story originated with one person’s view of what happened, but it sounded so juicy it was impossible to ignore.
Cre8asiteforums members, who weren’t there, had much fun imagining what it may have been like when Google’s Matt Cutt’s appeared at a session on paid links at Pubcon and, by some witness accounts, cast an evil spell on the panelists.
Matt Cutts Shows Up, Panelists Freeze
It is a tale of excitement and woe, of secret handshakes and loose lips, the drama of good and evil writ large and played out on the seminar floor…

We’re on a roll at Cre8asiteforums. Next up is Pierre Far (aka “eKstreme”), to the moderating team. He is the third new moderator added this week.
Pierre is a long-time member of the community, who has strong “fan base” in the search engine marketing industry. Noted for his SEO tools, Pierre is also that “geneticist turned webmaster” guy.
He will be moderating the Google, Yahoo! and PPC forums, as well as adding his support to the growth and personality of Cre8asiteforums.
You’re invited to welcome Pierre and share in the celebration.
Are we done adding moderators yet?
To help guide the new Social Media and Tagging forum added to Cre8asiteforums, Chris Winfield, of 10e20, has accepted the role of Moderator.
He is teamed up with Liana Evans, of SearchMarketingGurus, who became a new Moderator yesterday.
We’re excited to bring in folks with a passion for social media and search. The Cre8asite Community is welcoming them in:

“One of the things that sets Cre8asiteForums apart is how we handle tough topics. Privately, the staff here has been thanked on many an occasion for how we attempt to keep the integrity of a person or company intact during a rough public moment.
We believe that opinions are a good thing, and sharing one’s thoughts and ideas with openness, a willingness to listen to other people and a disciplined non-attachment to one’s own views makes for a pleasant experience for everyone on the boards. “
