		<description>I think you're right, Bill.  I believe it's best to see the Google Toolbar PageRank as part of the Google marketing program.  

It's interesting to muse whether it would have worked better as a star system, like the Michelin stars.  Having 5 Google Stars would be much easier to understand than having a PageRank of 5.  I can see lots of similarities between the two 'star' systems.</description>
